Just want to let everybody know that the Alumni Association will be having a meeting this coming Monday. 03 Aug 2009. at 7 P.M.  Meeting Location is the International Delight Cafe, On the Coner of Idaho and El Paseo. Albertsons parking lot.

Hey Guys!  Webmaster Brian in the house!

Just curious to what you all think should be the next feature implemented to the website.  I will compile your opinions and categorize them in an order of which I and the officer's might think is best.  The alumni association will greatly welcome any and all opinions of the site.  At the moment, I am working to fully integrate the Forums/Login for the FULL Chile Rugby website thus creating a single login point.

Just wanted to give you some more info. As of current we have 30 rooms block at the Days Inn (575-524-8603) (Old Best Western Eddie's bar and grill) Avenida de Mesilla for $65.00 a night and 16 double Queen Rooms at the Ramada Inn (575-526-4411) on the corner of Valley and University for $80.00 night. Currently there are some alumni staying at the Ramada Inn. The Rates at the Ramada Inn are only good until this Friday the 17 of April. Due to unfortunate events we would also like to let you know that the Friday meeting/reception has been move to the Game restaurant/bar. the Game is located on Espina off of University in what use to be the old La Hacienda restaurant. The meeting will start at 6:30 P.M. and last until 7:30 P.M. From 7:30 until 9:00 will be the reception. Chileheads if you have not already sent an e-mail or gone to the website and register we would appreciate it if you would respond to this e-mail stating if you will be attending or not. we appreciate the reply for we will use it as a head count for ordering the food on Saturday night. Once again Chileheads thank you for your time.

We just wanted to let you know that we are planing on having a Alumni-Chiles Trophy for both men and woman's game. The Trophy will be like the Stanly cup and have the engraving on it showing which team won the alumni game for that year. So Chileheads get ready to come out and show the current Chiles how the game is played and what it means to be a Chile Rugger. We are looking forward to seeing everybody in three weeks.

Just wanted to let you know we have secured discount for hotel rooms. The discount rate is $65.00 for both the 24and 25 of April. the Hotel that is offering the discount is the Days Inn and Suite (formerly the Best Western with Eddies Bar & Grill) on 901 Avenida De Messilla. The Phone Number is 575-524-8603. When you call for reservation, let them know that you are with the Chile Xiles for the discount. Some of the Alumni will be staying at the Ramada Inn on the Corner of Vally and University. As of current we do not have a discount with them. If you have any troubles let me know.
